Design and deliver strategic projects that drive growth and efficiency across regional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

•Interpret data, analyze results, and define actions with Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations stakeholders to solve business challenges.
•Identify new opportunities from available data to generate insights and support growth.
•Support countries/areas in reviewing strategic business plans and translating them into operational footprints via project drumbeats, workshops, and presentation guidance.
•Analyze the impact of M&A activities on country masterplans and support local teams during integration processes.
•Improve and roll out new processes and solutions across country organizations, including drafting presentations and data visualizations for top management.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a similar field.
•3-4 years of experience with strategic projects and data analysis at a top consulting company.
•Proven experience with analysis, process and concept design, including implementation phases in a workstream lead role.
•Strong ability to connect the dots and create compelling stories for top management.
•Proficiency in Excel and the Office suite; Tableau/BI knowledge and German are a plus.
