Job Summary

Own and evolve Insider One’s brand systems and web design, translating brand strategy and complex B2B technology into responsive, production-ready digital experiences. Partner with the Creative Director and Website Development Team on landing pages, launch experiences, and microsites, ensuring accessibility, performance, and QA. Build scalable Figma systems and reusable templates, and collaborate with developers through clear handoffs and specifications, using AI-assisted workflows to accelerate exploration and prototyping.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the Creative Director to evolve Insider One’s visual identity and turn brand strategy into digital experiences.
•Build and document scalable brand systems in Figma, including components, variables, grids, templates, iconography, illustration, typography, and image treatments.
•Own website and landing page experiences from information structure and wireframes to responsive, developer-ready design.
•Collaborate with the Website Development Team on interactions, feasibility, accessibility, performance, handoff, and design QA before launch.
•Design for WordPress and work with AI-enabled workflows to research, ideate, prototype, automate repetitive work, and improve developer handoff.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in brand, visual, digital, or web design in fast-growth B2B SaaS, technology, a design studio, or an agency.
•A standout portfolio demonstrating brand systems, responsive web design, digital campaigns, and clear technology storytelling.
•Expert Figma skills, including Auto Layout, components, variants, variables, libraries, prototyping, responsive systems, and developer handoff.
•High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
•Strong knowledge of web/UX principles (responsive behavior, accessibility, conversion, performance, interaction) and working knowledge of WordPress (Elementor is a plus).
