Senior Construction Estimator

Produce and validate detailed construction cost estimates using cost methodologies, tools, and quantity derivations from design parameters. Perform uncertainty analysis, benchmarking, and concept-level “building block” estimating with TECOP-based deterministic contingencies. Translate scope and engineering deliverables into capital expenditure estimates across the project lifecycle, manage reviews/audits, and maintain estimating data for future performance metrics.
