  • •Ensure all positions are filled before production line startup and oversee team exercises, job rotation, and ergonomics.
  • •Ensure machinery and workstations meet the highest standards, including passing USDA Inspection.
  • •Maintain accurate shipments, inventory rotation, product coding, and records of reworked or returned product.
  • •Promote safety and quality through daily actions, monthly safety meetings, continuous education, and human-relations functions including training, retaining, and counseling.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of fresh meats processing is a plus.
  • •Familiarity with HACCP principles and the ability to perform CCP monitoring/verification; HACCP certification is a plus.
  • •High school diploma; education beyond high school and special training/vocational/college courses preferred.
