Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the day-to-day management, configuration, and optimization of the NetSuite ERP system and collaborate with finance/operations to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
  • •Lead end-to-end NetSuite projects, including integrations with Salesforce, procurement, and HR tools, and ensure uptime and reliability.
  • •Develop and enforce best practices, documentation, and SOPs for NetSuite usage.
  • •Conduct gap analyses for a potential ERP transition and create a roadmap for data migration, process re-engineering, and user training.
  • •Mentor a team of technical/functional analysts and partner with stakeholders to prioritize project pipelines and ensure timely delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • •10+ years of experience working in finance systems, with at least 3 years of hands-on NetSuite experience.
  • •Strong techno-functional expertise, including system configurations, scripting, workflows, and customizations in NetSuite.
  • •Proven experience in ERP evaluation, selection, and implementation.
  • •Deep understanding of finance processes (e.g., GL, AP, AR, FP&A) and how they map to ERP systems.
