Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive large-scale end-to-end project testing across various teams.
  • •Define testing strategy based on system architecture, design, and integrations; identify test bottlenecks and propose resolutions.
  • •Plan, execute, and report testing activities; implement and improve engineering best practices including CI/CD, code coverage, code review, and coding guidelines.
  • •Develop and maintain test frameworks and test automation; review existing tools/frameworks and recommend improvements.
  • •Debug customer problems, conduct RCA, manage bug reports, and mentor/guide other engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in QA and test automation.
  • •Proficiency in at least one programming language and strong understanding of DS and algorithms.
  • •Good knowledge of open-source test automation frameworks/tools, with hands-on experience using DB (SQL, NoSQL) and Linux/Unix commands.
  • •Experience with distributed web application testing and mentoring junior engineers; strong debugging and root cause analysis skills.
