Key Responsibilities

  • •Own weekly and monthly production and capacity plans that align demand forecasts with operational constraints, labor, and equipment.
  • •Develop and maintain master production schedules for pick-and-pack fulfillment operations, using headcount, equipment availability, throughput assumptions, and readiness inputs.
  • •Support S&OP by consolidating demand, supply, and operations inputs into actionable daily and weekly plans across the network.
  • •Manage plan attainment for co-manufacturers and fulfillment sites, including in-week replanning when inputs deviate from forecasts.
  • •Maintain data integrity in ERP/MRP and planning systems, track and reconcile KPIs, and model/communicate operational risks and contingency plans.

Key Requirements

  • •2-3 years (or 3-5 years with an associate’s degree) in production planning, detailed scheduling, replenishment planning, demand planning, or materials management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience per the associate’s option).
  • •Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to manage multiple demands.
  • •Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, scenario modeling, and automation.
  • •Experience with ERP/MRP systems and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
