Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform monthly evaluations to identify deviations and monitor/report WIP, billing, revenue, costs, and project profitability versus budget and actual performance.
  • •Ensure project control governance and compliance with Group DOA and BU policies/procedures.
  • •Maintain and update the risk register by identifying financial and non-financial risks through comparative analysis with contractual obligations.
  • •Design, develop, install, and monitor cost control systems and cost accounting records; interpret and disseminate cost accounting information to management.
  • •Support financial close activities for the project development lifecycle and manage BU cost system development, including analysis of real costs and contribution margins.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or similar.
  • •Relevant professional qualification.
  • •Chartered Accountant (CPA, ACCA, CA India, CA Pakistan and similar), or CIMA/CMA, or CFA.
  • •4–7 years of total work experience in the Middle East.
  • •Strong knowledge of financial reporting/accounting standards (IFRS) and financial controls/governance.
