Manufacturing Technician

Set up and operate compounding/mixing equipment to produce consistent material for extruders while maintaining accurate blend inventory. Follow safe work practices and wear required PPE. Weigh and verify ingredients against formulations, monitor scale accuracy, manage raw materials and silos, and perform daily inspections of the mixer system. Complete required paperwork, assist maintenance with blending equipment repairs, and maintain a clean, organized work area on rotating 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am schedules.
