Job Summary

Lead CarMax’s Marketing Technology ecosystem by coordinating MarTech initiatives end-to-end across internal teams and vendors. Own delivery execution through intake, requirements translation, and project coordination, while administering and governing MarTech platforms to maintain operational health and data integrity. Serve as first-line support, create documentation and SOPs, and deliver enablement and training to drive adoption of systems that power marketing workflows and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary technical lead coordinating end-to-end MarTech initiatives across internal teams, vendors, and partners.
•Track status, risks, dependencies, and next steps; proactively remove blockers and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
•Manage Marketing Technology intake by gathering and translating business needs into clear, actionable work items with consistent templates and taxonomy.
•Administer and maintain assigned MarTech platforms, including workflows, permissions, data integrity, and ongoing platform optimization.
•Provide first-line user support, develop SOPs and documentation, and deliver training and enablement to drive adoption.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 82,000 - 123,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in marketing systems operations, marketing technology, or business systems analysis.
•Experience working with MarTech platforms such as DAM, workflow tools, and campaign systems.
•Hands-on system administration experience including user management and workflow/configuration work.
•Ability to translate business needs into clear technical and/or software requirements.
•Experience managing workstreams across multiple stakeholders, vendors, or cross-functional teams.
