Job Summary

Own channel motion for Austin, TX and surrounding region as part of the Channel Acceleration Team. Key Responsibilities

•Own partner-sourced pipeline generation and bookings for the assigned territory in partnership with regional sales leadership.
•Build and maintain a territory game plan, mapping accounts and attaching actionable channel plays with clear next steps and owners.
•Drive end-to-end inbound partner onboarding, including monitoring the partner application queue, onboarding calls, and executing the standard onboarding framework.
•Build, quality-check, and submit quotes across reseller, distributor, MSP, and hyperscaler motions; maintain pipeline hygiene and opportunity status accuracy.
•Report on channel metrics (pipeline and revenue, attach rate, average deal size, hyperscaler attach) and monitor opportunity telemetry to surface risk and expansion early.

Key Requirements

•Experience in channel or partner management, alliances, or partner-facing sales, ideally in enterprise software, cloud, or data infrastructure.
•Track record generating partner-sourced pipeline and influencing revenue within an assigned territory.
•Comfort operating in a CRM with strong pipeline hygiene, forecasting discipline, and reporting.
•Working knowledge of a structured sales methodology such as MEDDPICC, including coaching partners through it.
•Ability to communicate clearly and work cross-functionally across sales, solutions architecture, marketing, operations, and legal to remove friction from partner transactions.
