Job Summary

Drive Premier customer acquisition by implementing Premier Acquisition strategies and converting central or self-generated leads into new-to-bank customers. Provide simple retail sales to deliver high-quality service for high-value personal clients, maintain strong working relationships across internal business areas such as WPB and Marketing, and deliver consistent customer service to improve customer satisfaction and meet sales objectives.

•Implement Premier Acquisition strategies to support customer growth.
•Acquire new-to-bank customers through central or self-generated leads.
•Complete simple retail sales to deliver high-quality service for high-value personal clients.
•Develop strong working relationships with relevant business areas such as WPB and Marketing.
•Deliver high-standard customer service to improve customer satisfaction and meet customer/sales objectives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•Minimum of one year proven and progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience (or equivalent).
•Sound knowledge of deposits, WEM product, and mortgage offerings.
•Knowledge of banking/finance laws and regulations, consumer trends, competitor offerings, and market/economic and foreign currency dynamics.
•Strong presentation and sales skills, including objection handling and the ability to work under pressure, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
