Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and execute the enterprise TA strategy aligned to business goals, workforce plans, and HR strategy.
  • •Partner with senior leaders to define current/future staffing needs and required competencies.
  • •Build and lead a TA team that hits recruiting targets across a dispersed organization.
  • •Establish recruiting standards, assessment/selection tools, and equitable hiring practices; advance diverse talent pipelines.
  • •Own and optimize the ATS and recruiting technology stack, manage TA budgets/vendors, and report KPIs/insights to executive leadership and the board.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, organizational development, or related discipline (Masters preferred).
  • •10–15 years of progressively responsible experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or workforce strategy.
  • •Field experience working across a highly geographically distributed employee population.
  • •Strong project management and process improvement background.
  • •Proven experience translating business needs into talent strategies, including advising executive leadership and managing operating budgets, recruiting tech, and external search firms/vendors.
