Build and govern a canonical clinical data model and transformation framework, translating clinical intent into precise technical specifications. Design and document data mappings and transformation logic across healthcare standards (FHIR, HL7v2, C-CDA, X12, OMOP, openEHR) and manage clinical terminology and code sets (SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10, RxNorm). Validate clinical safety and privacy compliance (HIPAA, GDPR) while partnering with clinical experts and engineering teams.

•Serve as a subject matter expert on standard terminologies and manage concept maps and value sets.

Key Requirements

•Clinical degree (MD, DO, RN, PharmD, NP/PA) with active or previous licensure preferred, or equivalent deep domain experience in Health Informatics.
•5+ years of experience in clinical informatics, data modeling, or interoperability analysis.
•Deep mastery of HL7v2, C-CDA, and FHIR (resources, profiles, implementation guides).
•Proficiency with standard terminologies and code sets, including LOINC, SNOMED CT, ICD-10, and RxNorm.
•Proven InterSystems expertise working in IRIS for Health or HealthShare environments (or experience with other integration engines plus willingness to learn InterSystems).
