•Partner with the Senior Director of Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to define and deliver the roadmap for new scheduling products.
•Lead agile ceremonies to plan and execute team work effectively.
•Coach, mentor, and onboard engineers while setting expectations and providing performance feedback.
•Plan and lead development efforts on large projects, identifying future technical needs.
•Hire and oversee engineers across new and existing squads, ensuring continuous execution and scaling of services.

Key Requirements

•3+ years managing a team of software engineers.
•5+ years of software development experience, ideally with TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
•Strong technical judgment in distributed, service-oriented architectures and API design.
•Experience driving adoption of AI-powered tools and workflows in an AI-first organization.
•Experience leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies and participating in on-call rotation.
