Lead the North America procurement portfolio productivity strategy, aligning 3-year and 1-year planning with business cycles and productivity target setting tied to cost-base and portfolio margin performance. Drive and deliver a portfolio productivity project pipeline (value engineering, PPA, CMA, and in/out-sourcing), partnering with BU CFO and FP&A for forecasting and reporting. Manage productivity review routines, maintain end-to-end pipeline visibility, and conduct ad-hoc assessments to support margin competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

•Champion and lead the productivity strategy agenda within the business unit, including integrated planning across annual business cycles and productivity target setting tied to procurement and operations cost base.
•Lead cross-functional teams to build, launch, and deliver the portfolio productivity project pipeline (e.g., value engineering, PPA, CMA, and in/out-sourcing).
•Partner with BU CFO office and central FP&A to embed and maintain end-to-end productivity forecasting and reporting via monthly business cycles.
•Lead productivity reporting and review routines with regional stakeholder leadership and functional teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
•Maintain visibility of the in-year and future productivity pipeline at BU and platform (finished good category) level, including ad-hoc assessments for portfolio margin competitiveness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,800 - 151,000 annually

•Expert collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with strong ability in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
