Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion and lead the productivity strategy agenda within the business unit, including integrated planning across annual business cycles and productivity target setting tied to procurement and operations cost base.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams to build, launch, and deliver the portfolio productivity project pipeline (e.g., value engineering, PPA, CMA, and in/out-sourcing).
  • •Partner with BU CFO office and central FP&A to embed and maintain end-to-end productivity forecasting and reporting via monthly business cycles.
  • •Lead productivity reporting and review routines with regional stakeholder leadership and functional teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • •Maintain visibility of the in-year and future productivity pipeline at BU and platform (finished good category) level, including ad-hoc assessments for portfolio margin competitiveness.
