Key Responsibilities

•Lead customer implementations on the ground from kickoff to go-live and ensure deployments are healthy and performing
•Serve as the primary point of contact across pre-sales, implementation, and post-launch, building strong relationships with customers
•Track activation funnels, identify drop-off patterns, and perform root cause analyses to provide actionable recommendations
•Transmit field insights to Product and Engineering to improve the platform based on real-world use
•Build AI into workflows to automate recurring tasks, accelerate analysis, and prototype internal tooling

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 190,000 annually

•4+ years in a demanding operational environment—strategy & operations, bizops, management consulting, technical account management, or similar
•Self-driven and relentlessly proactive; you identify problems, form a view, and start solving them

•Proficient at reading data and using spreadsheets and BI tools to translate findings into business actions
•Credible with customers; able to manage external meetings and represent the company with executive stakeholders
