Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery of ML-powered features for the AI Copilot product, taking models from prototype to production at Zendesk scale. Build and maintain ML infrastructure including serving, inference pipelines, LLM integrations, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring. Partner with scientists and product engineers to productionize research, improve reliability/performance/cost-efficiency, and contribute to architecture decisions while mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and deliver ML-powered product features end-to-end, from data pipelines and model integration through serving, monitoring, and iteration.
•Collaborate with scientists to productionize research outputs into reliable, user-facing features.
•Build and maintain ML infrastructure including model serving, inference pipelines, LLM integrations, and evaluation frameworks.
•Contribute to technical design discussions and architecture decisions, with growing influence across teams.
•Improve reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency of ML systems by proactively identifying and addressing issues, and mentor junior engineers through code review and knowledge sharing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PLN 302,000 - 454,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software engineering experience with a meaningful focus on ML engineering, MLOps, or building ML-powered products.
•Fluent in Python; working proficiency in Ruby is a plus.
•Experience building and operating ML systems in production, including model serving, inference pipelines, and monitoring.
•Experience integrating LLMs into production systems (prompt engineering, evaluation, or multi-provider setups).
•Comfortable with SQL and data infrastructure, including data pipelines, transformations, and data quality.
