Job Summary

Provide strategic technical leadership for secure network infrastructure, acting as the primary subject matter expert for architectural design across regional and enterprise environments. Lead cross-functional efforts to meet program objectives through project management, technical innovation, and adherence to DoD security standards. Own the network lifecycle from design through installation, configuration, break-fix, and decommissioning, while integrating RMF and managing SSPs, device sanitization, and contamination cleanup.

Key Responsibilities

•Define strategic requirements for network designs and provide technical input for products, services, and enterprise integration.
•Use long-range planning and technical research to recommend advanced network technologies.
•Coordinate technical teams and act as a senior authority for program requirements to achieve execution excellence.
•Manage scope, resources, and prioritization across multiple concurrent activities.
•Oversee the full network lifecycle (design, procurement, configuration, installation, cabling, break-fix, and decommissioning) while integrating RMF and managing SSPs, sanitization, and cleanup.

Key Requirements

•Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP).
•5+ years designing and implementing large-scale network architectures, including complex routing and switching configurations.
•5+ years with Cisco routers and switches and Cisco IOS implementations.
•5+ years using TCP/IP network protocols.
•5+ years in LAN/WAN infrastructure and 5+ years with COMSEC encryption devices.
