Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee global payroll operations across US, EMEA, and APAC to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • •Lead and develop a global payroll team, align resources with business needs, and monitor performance against goals.
  • •Coordinate with in-country payroll providers, vendors, and third-party administrators; review and approve payroll outputs and payment files.
  • •Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations, tax laws, statutory reporting, and data privacy requirements for payroll data.
  • •Drive process improvements and payroll system implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects, including reporting and reconciliations.

Key Requirements
