Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and perform incoming servers/racks bring-up, debugging/troubleshooting, and baseline function tests.
  • •Support/develop scripting for server workload stressing per specific applications.
  • •Drive and execute reliability testing activities, including chamber setup, server instrumentation, environmental profile validation, and monitoring.
  • •Report testing results/issues and drive cross-team discussions to resolve or prevent failures and improve product performance.
  • •Support/generate customer-facing summary documents and collaborate with development teams to meet customer expectations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 59,150 - 101,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Fundamental knowledge of computer architecture, server architecture, switch/network interfaces, and hardware/firmware/OS interactions.
  • •Programming experience with Python or Unix (Bash and/or PowerShell) for workload stressing and support scripting.
  • •Understanding of statistical/probability techniques and reliability modeling.
  • •Working knowledge of PCBA (printed circuit board assembly) design, fabrication, and validation testing.
  • •Experience communicating and collaborating effectively across diverse teams, with ability to lead across stakeholders.
