Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience in Growth, Performance, Digital Marketing, Product Growth, or a similar role, preferably in crypto/fintech/tech/e-commerce/mobile apps.
  • •Proven experience running end-to-end growth campaigns with measurable business impact.
  • •Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data to make decisions.
  • •Ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Native Russian and strong English communication skills.
