Regional Growth Manager - CIS

Own growth initiatives across Binance’s CIS priority market, driving user growth, lifecycle management, and reactivation. Plan and launch acquisition and activation campaigns, design experiments, and continuously optimize performance through A/B testing and product experiments. Track key growth metrics, analyze results, and turn insights into action. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CRM, Paid Ads, Content, and other teams to execute growth programs.
