Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end Source-to-Contract (S2C) Expert Desk operations, including eSourcing, contract management, supplier enablement, catalog management, and procurement support services.
  • •Drive operational excellence and service delivery performance by managing SLAs, quality metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Standardize and optimize procurement processes across regions using automation and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • •Partner with key stakeholders, including Category Managers, Buyers, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams, to ensure seamless procurement operations.
  • •Own governance and performance management, including KPI tracking, dashboard reporting, review forums, and strategic decision support.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of experience in Procurement, Source-to-Pay (S2P), or Source-to-Contract (S2C) operations, ideally in a global organization.
  • •Proven people leadership experience, including managing teams and driving performance in shared services or global delivery environments.
  • •Experience leading large, multi-region teams and managing complex global operations.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
