Job Summary

Lead global Source-to-Contract (S2C) Expert Desk operations within the Source-to-Pay organization, driving operational excellence, digital transformation, and process standardization across indirect procurement services. Own end-to-end delivery covering eSourcing, contract management, supplier enablement, and catalog management. Manage SLAs and quality metrics, partner with Category Managers, Buyers, Finance, Legal, and Compliance, and provide governance through KPI tracking, dashboards, and strategic decision support.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end Source-to-Contract (S2C) Expert Desk operations, including eSourcing, contract management, supplier enablement, catalog management, and procurement support services.
•Drive operational excellence and service delivery performance by managing SLAs, quality metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
•Standardize and optimize procurement processes across regions using automation and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability.
•Partner with key stakeholders, including Category Managers, Buyers, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams, to ensure seamless procurement operations.
•Own governance and performance management, including KPI tracking, dashboard reporting, review forums, and strategic decision support.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, or a related field.
•10+ years of experience in Procurement, Source-to-Pay (S2P), or Source-to-Contract (S2C) operations, ideally in a global organization.
•Proven people leadership experience, including managing teams and driving performance in shared services or global delivery environments.
•Experience leading large, multi-region teams and managing complex global operations.
•Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
