Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage a team of 7–10 Admissions Counselors, providing coaching and support to achieve individual goals.
  • •Oversee admissions pipelines with accurate record-keeping and conduct regular pipeline reviews to track progress and meet enrollment targets.
  • •Score 2–3 intro calls weekly and provide constructive feedback to identify skill gaps during coaching calls.
  • •Ensure counselors meet daily, weekly, and cohort goals and support prospective students effectively.
  • •Work with the Director and Trainer to onboard new counselors and recommend training, improvement plans, or disciplinary actions as needed.
