Director, Cybersecurity

Oversee the organization’s cybersecurity strategy end to end, including risk management, incident response, compliance, and security awareness training. Lead and develop the cybersecurity team, set policy and standards aligned to industry best practices, and ensure security requirements integrate into business processes. Continuously improve the security posture by tracking emerging threats and vulnerabilities, and serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external auditors, regulators, and clients.
