Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the cybersecurity team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • •Provide strategic direction on cybersecurity initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • •Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards in line with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • •Oversee incident response from detection and analysis through containment, eradication, and recovery.
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, legal, compliance, and business units) and act as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity inquiries from auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •CISSP (or equivalent) certification.
  • •Minimum of 10 years of cybersecurity experience with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • •Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy frameworks and standards, including NIST CSF, NIST RMF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI DSS.
  • •Experience leading incident response activities (forensics, investigations, and coordination with law enforcement).
