Job Summary

Oversee and coordinate mechanical systems work across building projects, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance while optimizing system performance. Lead mechanical engineers and designers through planning, design, and execution; manage schedules, budgets, and resources; and review/approve design deliverables. Provide technical support during construction (RFIs, site inspections, issue resolution) and collaborate with contractors and vendors for installation and commissioning, aligning scope and change management.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of mechanical engineers and designers through planning, design, and execution phases.
•Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
•Work with clients to understand requirements and constraints, and present technical proposals and reports.
•Implement quality assurance and control processes to ensure designs are accurate, reliable, and compliant.
•Provide technical support during construction (RFIs, site inspections, technical issue resolution) and coordinate installation/commissioning with contractors and vendors.

Key Requirements

•Deliver complex mechanical engineering projects within budget and schedule constraints.
•Lead mechanical engineers and designers through planning, design, and execution phases of projects.
•Proficiency with engineering design software including AutoCAD and Revit MEP, and HVAC load calculation tools.
•Strong knowledge of local and international building codes, standards, and regulations.
•Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders; SAP functional ERP knowledge is required.
