Residential Outside Sales Representative

Drive residential door-to-door sales across an assigned San Diego territory by generating new leads, prospecting, and closing upgrades. Deliver face-to-face presentations, assess customers’ needs, and build relationships with homeowner associations and local property stakeholders. Work with evening and weekend schedules to maximize contact opportunities while maintaining high ethical and customer-experience standards. Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus and targeted annual incentives.
