Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multi-disciplinary leadership teams delivering services across multiple operational locations.
  • •Build trusted executive relationships with HMPPS, HMCTS, Police, Probation, and other justice stakeholders.
  • •Provide strategic oversight of contract performance, governance, assurance, and risk management.
  • •Own financial performance including P&L, forecasting, and cost control to ensure sustainable commercial delivery.
  • •Lead organisational change and service improvement initiatives, developing leadership capability and succession planning.
