Key Responsibilities

•Lead and deliver capital investment projects within collaborative delivery teams and across functions.
•Provide mentoring to Project Managers, Graduates and Apprentices while maintaining governance and clear roles and responsibilities.
•Manage client-side activities including stakeholder, H&S, risk, quality, schedule and contract management to satisfy client expectations.
•Ensure project and commission delivery meets quality, cost and time targets and align with organisational practice.
•Develop strong client relationships and support business development opportunities, including submission of project management bids.

Key Requirements

•Infrastructure project management experience in the water industry (desirable)
•Experience with NEC contracts (PSC and ECC) and NEC ECC accreditation (desirable)
•Experience working in integrated, multi-organisation teams
•Excellent communication and organisational skills
•Prior line management/mentoring experience with ability to lead and develop teams
