  • •Order project materials, manage onsite materials, reconcile shipments, and coordinate delivery of equipment and materials with subcontractors.

Key Requirements

  • •10 years of construction industry experience, or a two-year degree from a technical college with 7–10 years of related construction experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Proficient with Procore or similar construction management software, including reading plans/specifications and understanding project schedules and budgets.
  • •Knowledge of OSHA safety procedures to ensure adherence.
  • •Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (including DUI, Hit & Run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving, or multiple smaller infractions) in the previous 3 years.
  • •Ability to maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns and driving corrective action with stakeholder communication.
