Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Autos leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize profitability improvement opportunities across pricing, volume, margin, marketing, call center, and operations.
  • •Lead the Autos division monthly forecasting process by consolidating inputs, assessing risks/opportunities, and producing an executive-ready forecast narrative.
  • •Develop and present scenario analyses and financial models to support pricing strategies and operational or strategic initiatives, including clear recommendations and trade-offs.
  • •Leverage performance dashboards and trend reporting to diagnose drivers of results and align stakeholders on actions; maintain dashboards with support from the broader team.
  • •Own annual budgeting activities by establishing assumptions and guidance with Finance leadership and preparing leadership meeting materials (performance reviews, forecast bridges, decision decks).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or an equivalent education/experience combination).
  • •Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business partnering with experience presenting to senior leaders.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, with ability to build decision-grade models.
  • •Proven experience with forecasting, scenario planning, and dashboard development.
  • •Experience with ERP/financial systems (Oracle and Hyperion preferred) and working knowledge of SQL-based data analysis (SQL preferred).
