Job Summary

Partner with Autos leadership to drive forward-looking financial analysis, profitability improvement opportunities, and data-backed decision-making. Lead the monthly forecasting process, build scenario analyses and financial models, and own annual budgeting activities for the Autos division. Use dashboards and trend reporting to diagnose performance drivers, collaborate with IT/data stakeholders on data quality, and prepare executive-ready materials for leadership reviews and decision decks.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Autos leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize profitability improvement opportunities across pricing, volume, margin, marketing, call center, and operations.
•Lead the Autos division monthly forecasting process by consolidating inputs, assessing risks/opportunities, and producing an executive-ready forecast narrative.
•Develop and present scenario analyses and financial models to support pricing strategies and operational or strategic initiatives, including clear recommendations and trade-offs.
•Leverage performance dashboards and trend reporting to diagnose drivers of results and align stakeholders on actions; maintain dashboards with support from the broader team.
•Own annual budgeting activities by establishing assumptions and guidance with Finance leadership and preparing leadership meeting materials (performance reviews, forecast bridges, decision decks).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or an equivalent education/experience combination).
•Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business partnering with experience presenting to senior leaders.
•Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, with ability to build decision-grade models.
•Proven experience with forecasting, scenario planning, and dashboard development.
•Experience with ERP/financial systems (Oracle and Hyperion preferred) and working knowledge of SQL-based data analysis (SQL preferred).
