Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the product vision for deployment automation, including roadmaps, product specifications, and release planning with Engineering, Cloud Operations, Product, and Field Operations.
  • •Define and track deployment performance and reliability leading indicators, using platform metrics and operational data to prioritize decisions.
  • •Maintain quantitative profiles of deployment targets and customer environments, including infrastructure configurations, tenancy models, and API/data execution profiles.
  • •Partner with Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, Services, and customers to improve deployment automation maturity, repeatability, and operational readiness.
  • •Drive the customer-managed deployment experience (private connectivity, CMK/BYOK, IAM federation, network egress controls, and customer-cluster Kubernetes patterns) and set deployment KPIs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in a STEM field (MBA or Master of Science preferred).
  • •5+ years in product management or technical program management with cloud infrastructure and deployment automation experience in enterprise or public sector environments.
  • •Experience with modern cloud platforms and compute technologies including Kubernetes, Apache Spark, Azure, AWS, and GCP, plus deployment-architect-level fluency with at least one (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • •Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to executive and engineering audiences.
  • •Demonstrated product ownership of Infrastructure-as-Code, GitOps, and/or CI/CD tooling (e.g., Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD/Flux, Crossplane, Tekton, or similar).
