Key Responsibilities

  • •Specialize in planning activities spanning production control, inventory control, process control, and shop floor/material resources planning (MRP) integrity.
  • •Maintain SAP work order release schedules, reschedule as needed, and complete no-charge discrete jobs.
  • •Perform pre-shortage and work order variance analysis, and review MRP execution to reconcile supply and demand and validate scheduling/PDS requirements.
  • •Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) by ensuring proper disposition and preparing ECO/ECR status reports; participate in floor audits and production meetings.
  • •Drive inventory and process control activities, including analyzing stock levels, cycle counting, and root-cause/corrective action from PCI reporting and metrics; support data analysis/forecasting with Tableau and Python/SQL.
