Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, company policies, and relevant standards.
  • •Conduct risk assessments (JSA, HIRA, HAZOP) and manage chemical safety, biosafety, and hazardous waste management programs, including safe handling of potent compounds and chemicals.
  • •Perform incident investigations, conduct root cause analysis, and lead development of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • •Deliver EHS training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and visitors, including safety campaigns, toolbox talks, and emergency drill participation.
  • •Manage monitoring, reporting, emergency preparedness plans, and environmental sustainability initiatives; maintain EHS documentation and support audits, inspections, and cross-functional EHS integration.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of EHS experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences, with in-depth GMP, laboratory biosafety, chemical safety, hazardous waste management, and industrial hygiene knowledge.
  • •Strong understanding of EHS regulations and compliance requirements, including monitoring and implementation of new regulations.
  • •Experience conducting risk assessments and managing safety programs for processes, laboratory operations, and utilities.
  • •Ability to perform incident investigations using RCA and develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • •Proficiency in MS Office, EHS software, and data reporting, along with strong communication and training delivery skills.
