Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain acceptable quality of work, minimize rework, and ensure work is based on approved shop drawings and method statements.
  • •Monitor and control the latest valid drawings for site use and coordinate at various levels to carry out activities as built.
  • •Complete daily site supervision of labor, materials, equipment movement, and resource distribution to keep costs and budgets within plan.
  • •Ensure schedules are met, reduce rework percentage to 0% per company standards, and ensure works are completed on time.
  • •Enforce safety procedures and report risks to the site engineer to support zero Loss Time Incidents (LTIs), including ensuring worker compliance and supporting HSE/incident processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience in construction and site operations.
  • •Knowledge of project construction scope, objectives, and quality expectations to maintain work standards and reduce rework.
  • •Knowledge of project safety programs and occupational health and safety/environmental policies and procedures.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills is required.
  • •Ability to support HSE initiatives, safety awareness activities, and incident reporting and resolution.
