Lead and develop Juicebox’s Account Executive team from our San Francisco headquarters, driving new logo growth through pipeline management, forecasting, deal execution, and strategic sales operations. You’ll build scalable processes with GTM peers and founders to scale the organization, coach high-performing reps, and shape the sales culture in a fast-growing AI SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a team of Account Executives in our San Francisco headquarters
•Own your Business: Pipeline Generation, Forecasting, Deal Execution, Team performance
•Set the Pace: Create a rhythm on your team with 1:1s, team meetings, deal reviews, coaching and development
•Build the Business: Establish playbooks, sales motions, and systems/processes with Revenue Ops, Customer Success, Sales Development, Marketing and more
•Get Creative: Provide fresh perspectives to scale the business quickly and effectively

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 290,000 - 375,000 annually

Equity and Bonus:Equity

Key Requirements

•5–7+ years of experience in SaaS sales
•2–3+ years in leadership
•Comfortable scaling in early-stage or high-growth environments
•Strong communication and people orientation
•Ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-moving settings
