•Lead project execution and governance for complex advisory and implementation Professional Services engagements through value realization.
•Partner with executive stakeholders to deliver success, define KPIs, and build broad adoption of Salesforce technologies.
•Manage the overall program and a group of PMs, including coaching and inspiring Professional Services team members.
•Drive innovation and implementation efficiency using AI across project execution, leveraging Salesforce and third-party AI products.
•Plan and manage deliverables, milestones, staffing, and financials (forecasting, budgeting, revenue management), while mitigating risk and handling escalations.

•Knowledge of system development, implementation, and operational readiness with technical acumen to partner with technical teams.
