  • •Facilitate corporate compensation programs including annual review cycles, promotion cycles, pay equity review, market calibration, and survey participation.
  • •Design and deliver scalable compensation structures and methodologies, including training materials for leaders and managers.
  • •Build compensation models and dashboards, analyze data, and recommend solutions based on insights.
  • •Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to address changing business needs.
  • •Provide trusted advisory support to HR Business Partners and senior leaders, owning compensation products end to end and documenting policies/processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •8+ years of relevant experience, preferably supporting technical organizations.
  • •Experience with equity compensation structures at a publicly traded company.
  • •Strong project management and compensation program design, delivery, and change management.
  • •Strong compensation analytics (modeling, dashboards) and advanced spreadsheet proficiency, including HRIS experience (preferably Workday).
