Compensation Manager

Design and manage Twilio’s global compensation programs to attract, motivate, and retain technical talent across Go-to-Market and Marketing teams. Guide annual and mid-year cycles, job architecture and leveling decisions, pay equity analyses, and offer recommendations. Build scalable compensation structures, models, and dashboards, partner with HR and business leaders, and maintain compensation repositories and training to support compliance and growth.
