Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead client conversations for life-driven wealth management and provide proactive advisory solutions across NT products/services.
  • •Coordinate with client service teams and external advisors to understand client needs and implement appropriate advisory solutions.
  • •Deliver proactive, responsive client service with clear communication and diplomacy.
  • •Maintain and apply fiduciary standards and risk management practices in client relationships.
  • •Cultivate referral sources and professional advisor networks to develop new business opportunities and represent NT in professional communities.

Key Requirements

  • •12-15 years’ experience as a relationship manager in trust administration, estate administration, estate planning, or related fields.
  • •Experience working with high net worth (HNW) and UHNW clients is preferred.
  • •Ability to manage a complex portfolio of over a million and/or billion in AUM.
  • •Knowledge of fiduciary standards, taxes, and applicable laws; financial products and services.
  • •JD, CFP, CPWA or related professional designations are strongly desired.
