Technician

Perform effective repair and maintenance of customer vehicles using approved manufacturer techniques. Diagnose faults accurately, manage parts authorization and warranty/parts-exchange processes, and maintain proper repair-order documentation and clocking procedures. Keep tools, lifts, and the work area clean while complying with health and safety standards, return/store unused parts correctly, and dispose used parts responsibly. Complete extra hours when needed to meet customer satisfaction.
