Key Responsibilities

  • •Enforce EHS regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other state/local requirements to meet company objectives.
  • •Maintain OSHA 300 logs and injury/illness metrics; develop corrective action plans to prevent repeat issues.
  • •Perform operational hazard assessments, evaluate engineering controls/protective equipment, and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Train personnel on mandatory OSHA compliance, first aid responders, and operational hazard-specific training; lead safety meetings and new-hire safety sessions.
  • •Support workers’ compensation claim management by investigating claims and recommending preventative measures; act as an EHS representative to regulatory agencies and auditors.
