Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-lead teller-line execution by ensuring efficient, effective, and accurate teller functions while coaching other tellers.
  • •Act as a resource to identify and resolve more complex client servicing issues in a branch setting.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a banker; assist clients in achieving goals using financial wellness tools.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller scheduling and staffing issues, oversee branch operational standards, and support regulatory, security, and internal audit compliance.
  • •Balance cash drawers, follow compliance/audit/security procedures, maintain product guide knowledge, and support onboarding/training of new tellers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in cash handling.
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork, with strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks.
