Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support Front End Engineering & Development (FEED) studies for subsea projects.
  • •Provide project engineering support and system definition from feasibility and concept phases through FEED.
  • •Develop and optimize subsea field concepts across the full project lifecycle, including design through operations and decommissioning.
  • •Perform systems engineering assessments, trade studies, and field development evaluations while managing interfaces across global teams, partners, and customers.
  • •Engage with customers to understand requirements, manage expectations, report progress/technical matters, and support tendering and execution handovers with appropriate technical guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant industry experience.
  • •Proven experience delivering project engineering activities in multi-disciplinary environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of systems engineering and project engineering, including decision analysis frameworks.
  • •Familiarity with INCOSE and/or AACE and/or APM methodologies; PRINCE2 is desirable.
  • •Experience across disciplines such as field architecture, flow assurance, process engineering, subsea production systems, risers/flowlines/pipelines, control systems, and/or constructability and installation.
