Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive product from press, stack/place on pallets, and print pallet labels with Pecas using job docket and setup-sheet information.
  • •Ensure correct loading and material handling, and review completed work for quality, accuracy, completeness, and error-free output.
  • •Pull product samples per company procedures and send to Quality Auditors as required; notify operators immediately of problems/errors.
  • •Support uptime/downtime activities including webbing the press, assisting operators when down, and maintaining safe cleanup and work-area readiness.
  • •Perform make-ready tasks such as purging stacker/table, changing impression rollers and print unit cassettes, changing cylinders/pumps/inks/solvents, and maintaining safety procedures for doctor blade setup and disposal.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or GED) with 1–3 years of related production experience (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •Very good mechanical and physical ability, including safe manual dexterity to handle product and equipment.
  • •Lift truck operators must have and maintain safety training for company equipment operation.
  • •Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform prolonged standing, stooping, bending, climbing, kneeling, and reaching.
  • •Ability to rotate shifts and be available to work beyond 8 hours/day and/or 40 hours/week when needed.
