Lead the transition of Workplace, Facility Operations, Corporate Security, Travel Administration, and Real Estate services into the GBS operating model. Build the new Enterprise Services team from the ground up through hiring, onboarding, and capability building, and set up governance, service taxonomy, KPIs, and SLAs. Manage facility helpdesk operations, workspace booking systems, vendor and contract management, and real estate administration including leases and portfolio analytics.
