Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule the materials plan for delivery and secure agreement from the Dry Goods team by commodity, embedding planning and capacity management.
  • •Communicate capacity needs for operational stock holding and coordinate stock adjustments or quality issues that impact the materials plan.
  • •Support production scheduling by accommodating space and line movement requirements and attending daily production meetings to confirm schedules and flag risks.
  • •Collaborate with the Material Planner to ensure efficient production flow and material availability, highlighting where adjustments are needed due to internal stock changes or quality issues.
  • •Use the DIR process to manage supplier performance, run weekly review meetings on adherence and delivery performance, and support improvements to automate processes and champion supply chain transformation, including opportunities for Kanban.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in supply chain, planning, scheduling, or manufacturing environments, ideally in drinks or FMCG.
  • •Understanding of cross-functional supply chain processes, including suppliers and compliance (HMRC).
  • •Experience using ERP systems or similar planning tools.
  • •Hold a clean UK driving license.
  • •Confident using Excel and Microsoft Office to analyse information and learn new tools.
