Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of the Aviation Sector three-year growth strategy across the UK & Ireland and identify/convert priority market opportunities.
  • •Own client engagement strategy and act as executive client sponsor for key aviation accounts and major programmes.
  • •Direct end-to-end work winning for strategic pursuits, bringing together multidisciplinary teams to develop differentiated proposals.
  • •Provide executive oversight of major aviation programmes and ensure excellence across schedule, cost, quality, governance, risk management, and client satisfaction.
  • •Build a high-performing Aviation business by developing future leaders, strengthening capture/bid leadership and programme delivery capability, and supporting workforce planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven success leading the pursuit, capture, and conversion of major infrastructure opportunities and winning strategic programmes.
  • •Established relationships in the aviation sector with credibility with airport operators, infrastructure owners, contractors, and delivery partners.
  • •Demonstrated experience developing client strategies, growing key accounts, and securing repeat business.
  • •Extensive experience leading delivery of complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure programmes.
  • •Strong commercial acumen, including managing business performance, profitability, and growth.
