Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop key technologies to optimize the AI Infra stack, including training infra, inference infra, and AI agents.
  • •Collaborate with academia and open source communities on joint development.
  • •Stay current with the latest technologies from academia or industry and conduct deep-dive analysis.
  • •Contribute to research outputs by presenting research and products in academic papers.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or having recently completed a PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Experience in at least one area such as LLM training infra (e.g., RL training, knowledge distillation).
  • •Experience in at least one area such as LLM inference infra (e.g., inference engine performance, efficient execution parallelism, GPU kernel optimizations).
  • •Experience in AI agent infra topics such as computer-use agents, coding agents, agent memory, or agent sandbox.
  • •Commit to continuous learning and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork.
