Job Summary

Lead paid media and audience growth strategy for Latin labels and artists across LATAM, developing and optimizing campaigns aligned to artist, audience, and business objectives. Partner with Relationship Managers, marketing teams, vendors, and platform partners to drive performance. Use advertising and proprietary metrics to produce client-facing reporting, identify trends, and recommend optimizations. Support experimentation across platforms and contribute to global best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and optimize bespoke paid media and audience growth strategies for Latin labels and artists across LATAM.
•Partner with Relationship Managers and marketing teams to align campaign plans with artist, audience, and business objectives.
•Collaborate with media buyers and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot challenges and drive campaign performance.
•Create client-facing analyses and reports using advertising, marketing, and proprietary metrics; identify trends and provide recommendations.
•Identify and test opportunities across advertising platforms and emerging media channels, and contribute to best practices and process improvements.

Key Requirements

•3-5+ years of experience in paid media, digital advertising, music marketing, audience development, ad operations, or related fields.
•Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Experience developing paid media strategies and managing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and Spotify.
•Strong understanding of paid media fundamentals including audience targeting, measurement, optimization, and content-driven marketing.
•Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations using reporting/analytics tools (e.g., Datorama).
