Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee program/project performance to meet and/or exceed client satisfaction and internal KPIs.
  • •Escalate and resolve project issues (resourcing, technical, invoicing, cash collection, vendor/subconsultant concerns) and recommend performance improvements.
  • •Drive financial forecasting and working capital performance by monitoring cash flow, unbilled/billed AR, and DSO.
  • •Ensure project management practices align with AECOM PDS and QMS, including compliance with pricing guidance and DOA risk framework.
  • •Share people management responsibilities for ~125 staff, coach project managers, and participate in feedback, recruiting, training, and succession planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Experience in environmental/remediation business, including risk-based strategic asset management across multiple state jurisdictions.
  • •Preferred: 15+ years related experience including 8+ years in operations management, Profit & Loss, and staff management.
  • •Experienced people manager and team builder.
  • •Strong communication and business acumen, with the ability to influence stakeholders and operate in ambiguous situations.
